Better Transport Connections

Use the ECOC to secure investment in the roads and public transport between the two cities. 

Why the contribution is important

You can't expect people to get involved if they can't get there.  Need to focus on bringing culture to the people or making it easier for people to acsess / reach culture.  Therefore also need to look at the cost of participation for those poorest and most removed from cultural activities.

    I was speaking to my cousin and she said it almost impossible to get home from events in XYZ unless you leave early or an afford a private taxi!
